Vinni Taneja has over 19 years of Human Resources experience. Her specialties include Global Talent Acquisition, Strategic Leadership, Change Management, Global Program Management, Executive Recruiting, Behavioral Based Interviewing, Diversity and Inclusion and Process Improvement.

Vinni has held positions as Global Talent Acquisition Leader at FIS Global, Director of Talent Acquisition at MetLife, Corporate Recruiting Manager at Crowe LLP, Corporate Recruiter at CherryRoad Technologies, Staffing Manager at Robert Half International and Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP, where she began her career in public accounting.

Vinni earned a BS in Accounting from Montclair State University, a Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University and holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HRCI. She is also certified as an Advanced Trainer in Targeted Selection from DDI.

Vinni is the current owner of Chakra Wellness which is a holistic business specializing in Yoga, Reiki and Nutrition Counseling.
