MKS's mission and purpose is to help families in need
Mission: Kid Success (MKS) is a 501(c)3 charitable and educational organization that aids children struggling with academic, social, and behavioral challenges due to Autism, ADHD, and other Neurodevelopmental conditions so they can reach their greatest potential.
While many therapeutic services and programs are available to help these children improve their quality of lives and outcomes, many families cannot afford these services and programs. Many of these services and programs are not covered or only partially covered by insurance and the out-of-pocket costs are overwhelming for many families. Also, many families are unaware of activities, diet changes, and lifestyle changes that they can do to help their children overcome their challenges and succeed.
Mission: Kid Success will help these children reach their highest potential by issuing grants to these families so that their children can receive therapeutic services and participate in programs that they otherwise could not afford.
We will also educate families with struggling children on topics such as (but not limited to):
Accessing services
Working with teachers and aides
Parents taking care of themselves
Events, activities, and camps for children with neurodevelopmental disorders
Finding funding sources for services beyond MKS grants
Education on these topics will be accomplished through (but not limited to) newsletters, pamphlets, information tables at events, website, and social media posts.
We seek a day when all children struggling with neurodevelopmental and learning challenges can find the help they need to succeed and reach their highest potential regardless of their financial ability.
