Priscilla Leto

President & Founding Board Member

Priscilla Leto is a dedicated advocate for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Her commitment to aiding children to reach their highest potential is rooted in personal experience, as a mother of a son on the autism spectrum. Priscilla’s work extends beyond administrative duties; she is a vocal proponent for addressing the underlying causes of neurodevelopmental conditions, advocating for comprehensive support that transcends surface-level therapies. A versatile professional with a degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University, she started her career in accounting but soon found her passion in event planning, marketing, and social media management.
Carla Iommetti

Treasurer & Founding Board Member

Carla is a dynamic professional with over two decades of experience spanning various industries. She is a cum laude graduate of Syracuse University, Carla began her career as a Senior Buyer at Bloomingdale’s before transitioning to Sanitation Equipment in 2002 as General Manager, where she oversees all business operations. She is currently Vice President and proud to continue her family’s legacy celebrating 70 years in business in 2024.   

In 2019, she became President of the Mission: Kid Success charity in support of her cousin Priscilla founder of Mission: Kid Success and she currently serves as Treasurer. Mission: Kid Success is deeply important to Carla because she is passionate about reaching families in need and giving hope for a brighter future for children. She is dedicated to ensuring that all children have equal opportunities to achieve their dreams, and through the charity’s grants, are able to positively impact families and improve the future of many children.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Carla is an active leader within her community, serving as the President of her Condo Association Board, where she works closely with a dedicated team to resolve property issues, address resident concerns, and oversee ongoing projects. Outside of work, Carla enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her three Shitzu FurBabies—Remi, Sadie, and Coco. With a passion for interior design, cooking, volunteering, and travel, Carla balances a fulfilling personal life alongside her professional and community commitments.
Brian Mansfield

Brian is a dedicated board member of Mission: Kid Success, passionately advocating for families with children that have disabilities to access the essential services and care they deserve. An alumnus of Iona College, he holds an MBA with a focus on Finance, complemented by a specialized certificate in Business Continuity and Risk Management. With a rich professional background, Brian has contributed his expertise to esteemed financial institutions including Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, and Morgan Stanley. Presently, he is the Associate Director within the Regulatory Reporting Data Assurance team at UBS
Vinni
Vandana (Vinni) Taneja

Secretary

Vinni Taneja brings over 20 years of leadership experience to her role as a board member of Mission: Kid Success. With a strong background in human resources, she has led global teams, developed executive coaching programs, and spearheaded talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives. Her expertise in leadership development and organizational strategy provides valuable insight into fostering inclusive, mission-driven environments.
 
Beyond her corporate experience, Vinni is passionate about holistic wellness and community support. She has dedicated herself to initiatives that promote personal growth, well-being, and empowerment. As a certified holistic health coach, advanced yoga teacher, and Reiki master, she understands the importance of integrating wellness into both individual and organizational success.
 
Vinni is committed to using her leadership skills and heart-centered approach to support nonprofits in making a meaningful impact. She values collaboration, innovation, and service, and is honored to contribute her experience to organizations that strive to uplift and empower communities.

Nicole Chalet is a dedicated Commercial Marketing Specialist in the insurance industry with a deep personal commitment to supporting families navigating the challenges of autism. As a mother to a child with autism, Nicole brings lived experience to her advocacy work.

Her passion lies in connecting families with the resources, support, and community outreach they need to thrive. She is especially focused on providing emotional support for those who may not know where to turn, striving to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others facing similar journeys.

Through her work and volunteer efforts, Nicole continues to extend heartfelt community support—helping to build a more inclusive, informed, and compassionate world for children with autism and their families.
