Carla is a dynamic professional with over two decades of experience spanning various industries. She is a cum laude graduate of Syracuse University, Carla began her career as a Senior Buyer at Bloomingdale’s before transitioning to Sanitation Equipment in 2002 as General Manager, where she oversees all business operations. She is currently Vice President and proud to continue her family’s legacy celebrating 70 years in business in 2024.
In 2019, she became President of the Mission: Kid Success charity in support of her cousin Priscilla founder of Mission: Kid Success and she currently serves as Treasurer. Mission: Kid Success is deeply important to Carla because she is passionate about reaching families in need and giving hope for a brighter future for children. She is dedicated to ensuring that all children have equal opportunities to achieve their dreams, and through the charity’s grants, are able to positively impact families and improve the future of many children.

Nicole Chalet is a dedicated Commercial Marketing Specialist in the insurance industry with a deep personal commitment to supporting families navigating the challenges of autism. As a mother to a child with autism, Nicole brings lived experience to her advocacy work.
Her passion lies in connecting families with the resources, support, and community outreach they need to thrive. She is especially focused on providing emotional support for those who may not know where to turn, striving to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others facing similar journeys.
Through her work and volunteer efforts, Nicole continues to extend heartfelt community support—helping to build a more inclusive, informed, and compassionate world for children with autism and their families.

Soroya Campbell brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to the Board of Mission: Kid Success. With diverse marketing and education roles at global companies and top-ranked independent schools, she has led international campaigns, and managed innovative, inclusive environments that empower both teams and students to thrive.
After completing her undergraduate studies at Syracuse University, she went on to earn an MA in Media Studies from The New School and an MBA from Metropolitan College of New York, and completed the School Management and Leadership program at Harvard University. Her professional expertise includes fundraising, communications, event planning, and social media management, where she adds creativity, strategic oversight, and a passion for meaningful engagement and relationship building.
Beyond her professional work, she remains an active community member and a dedicated advocate for ensuring that all children receive the education and services they deserve. Since 2023, she has also served as a Trustee at The Adult School of the Chathams, Madison, and Florham Park, advancing accessible lifelong learning.
Deeply committed to service, she has devoted her life to supportting mission-centered organizations. As an avid Pilates and fitness practitioner, she promotes the importance of nurturing overall wellness. She brings her positive energy and dedication to supporting the work of Mission: Kid Success.

Angela Menegatos is a dedicated board member of Mission: Kid Success and a passionate advocate for families of children with special needs.
As a mother of four boys, including one with special needs, Angela brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her work. She holds a master’s degree in psychology and is also a licensed massage therapist, using her skills to support the well-being of others.
Having personally navigated numerous therapies and challenges for their son alongside her husband, Angela understands the difficulties families face and is eager to help others overcome these obstacles.
Through her volunteer efforts, she is committed to supporting Mission Kids Success in its mission to empower as many families as possible.
